Organization chart

The Geneva Foundation Caltagirone non-profit organization based in Rome.
The bodies of the Foundation are:

• Shareholders' Meeting of the Founders;
• Honorary Chairman;
• Chairman;
• Vice Chairman;
• General Manager;
• Board of Directors;
• Board of Auditors.

The 'Founders' Assembly shall meet once a year for approval the Budget, the Final Account, as well as defines the planning of the Foundation and all other powers as provided by statute.
